Saona from Riu Palace Macao

Read Macao as the hotel name, not a beach meeting instruction

The official RIU page places Palace Macao directly at Playa Arena Gorda and identifies an adults-only hotel. Do not use Macao Beach instructions simply because Macao appears in the name. Palace Punta Cana and Palace Bavaro are also separate reservation identities. Send your exact property and where you will stay on the excursion date. If friends come from another RIU, list that hotel and its travelers; guest comments about access between resorts are not official collection instructions for LoveSaona.

Choose the atmosphere you want away from the resort

An adults-only holiday can mean different things to different couples or groups. Explain whether you prefer conversation aboard a social catamaran, more island stops or a quiet outing reserved for your friends. Classic is the larger shared catamaran format with a beach-focused visit. Premium uses a smaller shared speedboat group and a wider confirmed itinerary, but remains shared. The hotel's adult policy does not determine the passenger rules of an independent excursion. Ask about the actual departure or request a charter if exclusivity is essential.

• Palace Macao at Arena Gorda as the actual reservation
• Date, participants and preferred atmosphere
• Separate private-vehicle and exclusive-boat requests
• Confirmed instructions, full inclusions and hotel return

Separate Elite Club from road and boat privacy

Elite Club, a Deluxe Swim-up room and wellness facilities describe accommodation and hotel service. They do not establish an exclusive vehicle to Bayahíbe or an independent boat. State whether you want private road transport, a private vessel or both. Ask whether the proposed road journey collects other hotels or involves a connection, and compare the complete total rather than a boat-only rate. Discuss boarding, shade, meals and drinks on the vessel actually offered instead of inferring those features from a room upgrade.

Keep hotel entertainment and excursion commitments clear

RIU Party, Splash Water World and spa reservations have their own arrangements within your holiday. Tell LoveSaona about any fixed commitment before accepting the entire road-and-boat schedule. Leave evening plans flexible until the return is agreed, and keep an essential flight on another day. Confirm the responsible excursion contact, meeting instructions and every inclusion. Prepare sun protection, swimming items and a dry bag. This independent guide neither promises a resort pickup point nor indicates that RIU entertainment or Elite Club includes LoveSaona services.
