Saona from Riu Palace Punta Cana

Keep Palace Punta Cana distinct within the RIU hotel list

RIU identifies Palace Punta Cana as a family beachfront resort at Arena Gorda. Palace Bavaro and Palace Macao are different hotel names; Bambu and Republica should also be identified separately. Copy the full property from your confirmation rather than writing only 'RIU Punta Cana'. For a holiday split between hotels, give the one occupied on the excursion date. List friends' exact hotels and their participant counts before requesting a joint connection, without assuming that a brand or complex name creates a common external meeting place.

Count people rather than connected rooms

The hotel offers connecting Junior Suites, RIU Land and RIU4U teen activities. Those features help describe the stay, but a room count is not an excursion passenger list. Send each adult and each child's actual age and discuss road seating, lifejacket fit, shade and boarding. Responsible adults need to arrange care throughout the independent outing; a resort club does not supply supervision on the boat. Ask about strollers or mobility equipment before deciding what the offered vehicle and vessel can carry.

• Full Palace Punta Cana reservation name and other participating hotels
• Date, final adult count and every child's actual age
• Road seats, lifejackets, boarding and equipment needs
• Confirmed inclusions, complete price and hotel return

Choose the island pace for children and teenagers

Classic offers the larger shared catamaran format and a beach-focused visit. Premium uses a smaller shared speedboat group with more named island stops. Consider whether your children prefer a simpler beach day or are comfortable with more transitions between boat and shore. Discuss meals, water, time aboard and any boarding assistance. Neither hotel room arrangements nor a smaller Premium group reserve the boat for your family. A private charter and a private road vehicle are separate choices to request and price explicitly.

Coordinate the excursion with the resort day

Splash Water World, RIU Party and the hotel's dining or room-service offer belong to the resort stay. They do not set the independent excursion's meals, equipment or return. Compare the complete quote for the actual hotel connection, chosen boat, inclusions and supplements. Once the schedule is confirmed, organize breakfast and leave flexibility before an evening event rather than relying on an assumed return. Pack swimming items, sun protection and a dry bag, and save the excursion contact. This guide is independent of RIU and does not claim a hotel partnership.
