Saona from Serenade All Suites

Keep All Suites in the Serenade hotel name

Serenade's current site and fact sheet identify All Suites as an adults-only resort in Cabeza de Toro. Serenade Punta Cana is a different family property, and Caribe Club is another Serenade identity. Keep All Suites on the enquiry instead of shortening it to 'Serenade Punta Cana'. Copy the full name from the reservation and identify where you will stay on the actual excursion date. If friends have other Serenade bookings, list each property and its participants rather than assuming the common brand gives one external collection plan.

Use shared facilities without merging hotel bookings

The official services material describes Preferred benefits for All Suites guests and certain dining, wellness or recreation facilities shared with Serenade Punta Cana. Sharing a facility does not erase the different hotel identities or establish unrestricted reciprocal access. For a group including family-property guests, give their exact hotel and children's ages. Ask LoveSaona to confirm the complete party and road arrangement, then ask the hotel how to reach the agreed excursion meeting place. A spa entrance, restaurant route or rooftop area is not itself an external collection instruction.

• Full All Suites reservation and any other actual Serenade properties
• Date, final participants and children's ages if families join
• Desired island atmosphere, boarding needs and privacy requests
• Confirmed responsible contact, full offer and hotel return

Define the boat atmosphere separately from Preferred or Elite

Preferred service, optional Elite benefits, a butler and swim-out accommodation describe the resort stay. They do not reserve an independent boat or determine its passengers. Explain whether you want a social catamaran visit, more island stops or a vessel only for your group. Classic is the larger shared catamaran format with a beach-focused outing. Premium uses a smaller shared speedboat group and a wider confirmed itinerary; it remains shared. For exclusivity, request a charter and specify any private road vehicle separately rather than relying on a hotel service category.

Coordinate independent services with the stay schedule

Tell the excursion provider directly about food needs, boarding assistance or an occasion you would like arranged. Confirm the hotel road journeys, selected boat, meals, drinks, supplements, total and return contact in the offer you actually accept. Hotel restaurant reservations, spa treatments and evening entertainment have separate arrangements; leave flexibility before fixed plans until the full schedule is agreed. Prepare breakfast around collection and pack swimming items, sun protection and a dry bag. This independent LoveSaona guide does not claim a Serenade partnership or an outing included in Preferred or Elite privileges.
