Saona from Serenade Punta Cana

Name Beach & Spa Resort in your enquiry

The official Serenade website identifies Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort on Cabeza de Toro beach. Copy the full property name from your booking so the request is not confused with another Serenade accommodation description. A room category or a general 'Serenade' message does not locate the excursion meeting point. Confirm the property with LoveSaona first, then follow the agreed collection instructions and any hotel access requirements for your stay.

Treat airport transport and Saona transport separately

If your stay includes a hotel or airport transfer offer, check exactly what journey that offer covers. Travel from the airport to your resort is a different service from the return road journey to the Bayahíbe boat departure. Ask whether the Saona quote includes transport from your actual hotel, whether it is shared or direct, and whether a supplement applies. Compare complete totals rather than subtracting a hotel transport benefit from an unrelated excursion.

• Full Serenade property name from the reservation
• Date, adults and children's ages
• Shared or direct road-transfer request
• Written tour inclusions, meeting instructions and total

Choose a destination day rather than a hotel beach activity

Serenade advertises beach leisure and water activities at the resort. A LoveSaona excursion is a separate trip to the island: shared Classic and Premium boats board in Bayahíbe. Classic uses the larger shared catamaran format; Premium offers a smaller shared speedboat group and more island stops. Decide whether the priority is the boat atmosphere, the beaches or the wider itinerary, then ask about the actual service offered for your date.

Make a realistic plan for the return to Cabeza de Toro

Request collection, boarding and expected hotel return as one plan. A map's driving estimate cannot include the vehicle's collection circuit, boarding process or changes caused by conditions. Tell LoveSaona about children's needs, an important dinner or any other fixed commitment while discussing the booking. Keep an essential flight on another day. References to Serenade in this independent guide do not indicate a hotel partnership or a tour operated by the resort.
