The official Punta Cana destination information includes Cabeza de Toro beach. Use that area name together with the full hotel brand in your enquiry. Nearby properties and related hotel names can sound similar, so send the wording on the reservation. Separate beach activities from the Saona journey
A hotel beach, water-sports desk or coastal boat excursion is not evidence that the shared Saona boat leaves there. Classic and Premium board in Bayahíbe after the agreed road leg. Clarify whether the vehicle goes directly or collects other travelers, and whether a connection is involved. Ask for a contact who can coordinate a road delay with the boat team.
Match the booking to the people actually going
