Name the community and property inside the resort

The resort operator identifies residential communities including Corales, Arrecife, Hacienda and Playa Serena. Give the community plus the actual villa name or number and a map pin. A rental agency’s listing title may differ from the address used by the property manager. Resolve that difference before arranging the excursion.

Corales within Puntacana Resort is distinct from Los Corales in Bávaro. Spell out the full location in the enquiry. The Westin and Tortuga Bay Hotel also have separate guides; a villa described with a similar neighborhood name should not be assumed to be a hotel reservation.

Agree access and the villa group’s real requirements

Ask the manager who must authorize an outside vehicle and which address it should reach. Confirm instructions directly rather than selecting a gate or lobby from a generic map. List all actual travelers, including children and their ages. If a household member stays behind, quote the excursion for those joining the boat.

For groups staying in more than one villa, identify every property and ask how the outward and return journeys will work. A golf cart, resort shuttle or service included with the rental does not by itself cover the road connection to Bayahíbe.

Villa privacy and a private Saona charter are separate choices

Classic and Premium are shared boat experiences boarding in Bayahíbe after confirmed road transport. The privacy of your accommodation does not change the boat format. Compare the route and inclusions, then decide whether sharing the vessel fits your group.

For an exclusive charter, request a proposal covering the boat, passenger capacity, island stops, meals and road transport. Private groups may separately request Marina Casa de Campo departure at premium prices. Neither that option nor the resort’s own marina should be treated as the shared departure.

Fit the island day into the villa stay

Coordinate the expected return with your manager if the group has a chef service, villa checkout or another appointment. Ask for the expected schedule and cancellation terms before committing to a fixed evening arrangement. Sea and road conditions can affect the day; the accommodation’s airport services do not guarantee a flight connection.

Confirm the same property for the return, or declare a change of accommodation before booking. Arrange luggage storage independently. Keep access details and a contact available so the group can return to the correct villa after the boat excursion.
