Majestic's official site identifies Mirage as its own Punta Cana resort and names Elegance and Colonial separately. Use the full property from your reservation instead of asking for collection at 'Majestic'. If you are coordinating friends across the three hotels, send each exact hotel and its participant count. A common brand or nearby location does not establish one excursion entrance or permission to collect everyone at the same place.
Organize the request by travelers and properties
Choose one lead contact to collect the preferred date, total number of participants and any children's ages. Record who stays at Mirage and who stays elsewhere before requesting a combined quote. Ask whether the proposed road arrangement keeps the party together or involves separate collections. Before paying, confirm who is responsible for collection, the boat journey, weather-related changes and the hotel return. Keep the responsible contact available on your phone. Ask with the exact hotels, date and participant total at each property. Coverage, collection arrangements and the complete group price must be confirmed; nearby hotels do not automatically share one meeting point.
Does a Mirage Club booking make the Saona boat adults-only?
A hotel room section does not establish the passenger conditions of a separately booked excursion. Confirm the actual tour format and request a private charter if you want the vessel only for your own party.
