YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE
Majestic Colonial Punta Cana → Bayahíbe → Saona → confirmed hotel return
Confirm the actual hotel stay first, then agree the excursion collection and return for that reservation.
Plan my trip from Majestic Colonial Punta CanaConfirm the hotel and stay before fixing the excursion
Majestic's Colonial page publishes renovation information. Check your actual stay dates, reservation status and access arrangements directly with the hotel before attaching an excursion to that address. This guide does not state a reopening date or promise that an advertised facility is operating during your holiday. If the hotel changes your accommodation, tell LoveSaona the new property and ask for the transfer request and quote to be checked again.
Distinguish Colonial the hotel from a room name elsewhere
Majestic Colonial, Elegance and Mirage are separate resort names. Elegance also uses Colonial Junior Suite as a room category, so a room description containing 'Colonial' is not enough to identify the collection hotel. Read the hotel name at the top of the reservation. If a reunion spans several Majestic properties, list each actual hotel with its travelers and choose one organizer to keep changes and the excursion date consistent.
- Confirmed actual hotel and stay dates
- Excursion date and participant count per property
- Children's ages and boarding or road-seating needs
- Rechecked transfer plan after any accommodation change
Plan for family and Colonial Club guests together
Majestic describes family accommodation and the adults-only Colonial Club section. Those stay categories do not define the passenger policy of an independent boat. Include all participants and actual children's ages, then compare Classic's larger shared catamaran format with Premium's smaller shared speedboat itinerary. An exclusive vessel needs a private charter quote. State road exclusivity separately if the group also wants a vehicle just for its guests.
Keep the outing flexible around the confirmed stay
Once the accommodation and road plan are confirmed, ask for the actual boat program, meals and return arrangements in one complete offer. Explain a wedding event or other fixed evening commitment before accepting the schedule. Save the responsible excursion contact and leave an essential flight for another day. This independent LoveSaona resource does not imply a Majestic partnership or that hotel club benefits include a Saona tour.
Questions about this departure
Does this guide confirm Majestic Colonial is operating on my dates?
No. Check the actual stay, reservation status and access directly with the hotel, especially when its official page publishes renovation updates. LoveSaona can then check the excursion request from the confirmed property.
My room is called Colonial Junior Suite: is the hotel Majestic Colonial?
Not necessarily. That room category can be at Majestic Elegance. Use the actual hotel name on the reservation and clarify it with the hotel if needed.
What if our Majestic accommodation changes after enquiring?
Send LoveSaona the new exact property, participants and date. The collection coverage, vehicle plan and complete price must be reconfirmed rather than using instructions for the previous hotel.
YOUR QUESTIONS. YOUR ISLAND DAY.
Let’s make your Saona plan.
