Saona Island from Cana Bay

A community name does not identify a rental operator

Cana Bay’s official website presents a master development with several residential projects. The useful starting detail for an excursion is the actual property you booked. Give the project name, building and unit together with the manager or host named on your reservation. A marketing title containing Cana Bay alone may not identify the same entrance or contact as another residence.

Xëliter has its own managed Cana Rock offering and a separate LoveSaona accommodation guide. Other privately rented units should use their actual host details, even if a listing mentions the same development. A condo booking also does not become a Hard Rock Hotel reservation because of nearby golf or entertainment facilities.

Keep community access separate from excursion collection

Ask the host or manager what authorization an outside excursion vehicle needs and which property address it can reach. Have the agreed instructions confirmed for your booking. Do not treat a beach-club visit, golf reservation or another project’s reception as automatic collection access.

If the group includes guests from multiple apartments or a mix of condos and hotels, list every actual accommodation. Agree how collection and return work for each group member. Community amenities and access benefits can differ between bookings; they do not supply an independent Saona tour or its road transport.

Choose the shared or private island day on its own terms

Shared Classic and Premium guests board in Bayahíbe after the confirmed road journey. Compare the boat format, named stops and included services together with the transport offered for the actual Cana Bay residence. An exclusive road vehicle does not make a shared boat private.

For a private charter, request the vessel, passenger capacity, route, meals and transfers in one proposal. Private groups may separately request Marina Casa de Campo departure at premium prices. A community beach club or nearby golf facility is not the shared Saona boarding point.

Return to the booked residence with access agreed

Keep keys, the accommodation contact and the agreed transport contact available. Tell LoveSaona before booking if you will return to a different property. Ask your host about luggage storage and access after checkout instead of assuming the excursion vehicle or boat can hold large bags.

Arrange a beach-club booking, golf round or evening event independently of the island excursion. Ask for the expected return and cancellation terms before accepting fixed appointments. Confirm the complete road-and-boat day rather than depending on an exact return for onward travel.
