YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE
Hard Rock Punta Cana → Bayahíbe → Saona → hotel return
Request the exact meeting point and full collection-to-return schedule for your booking.
Plan my trip from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta CanaConfirm which Hard Rock property you mean
Use Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in your enquiry rather than just 'Hard Rock'. The hotel's official website identifies the Punta Cana property and its address on Boulevard Turístico del Este. That address identifies the resort; it does not establish where an excursion vehicle may collect you. Ask LoveSaona for the agreed meeting point, then check any access instructions with the hotel before departure.
Plan a group outing around the actual travelers
The hotel advertises weddings and meeting facilities. If your Saona day is part of a wedding stay, reunion or event, nominate one organizer and collect the date, participant total and children's ages before requesting a quote. Say whether everyone stays at Hard Rock or whether guests need collection from other hotels. Do not assume a single group price or one vehicle until capacity and the collection plan are confirmed.
- Full hotel name and excursion date
- Adults, children and ages in the traveling party
- Any participants staying at another property
- Confirmed meeting point, vehicle arrangement and group total
Choose exclusivity on the road and on the boat separately
A private hotel transfer can connect your group to a shared boat. Classic uses the larger shared catamaran format; Premium offers a smaller shared speedboat group and more island stops. If everyone wants to stay together on an exclusive vessel, ask for a private charter rather than assuming Premium is private. For a large party, confirm the assigned vessel's capacity and whether the quote includes exclusive road transport too.
Keep event commitments clear when arranging the return
Give the organizer any non-negotiable dinner, ceremony or departure commitments before accepting an excursion schedule. Ask for collection, boat check-in and expected hotel return together; a generic Punta Cana driving estimate leaves out collection stops and boarding. Keep an essential flight on another day. This is an independent LoveSaona planning guide, not a hotel-operated excursion or a claim of a hotel partnership.
Questions about this departure
Where is the Saona pickup at Hard Rock Punta Cana?
The meeting point must be confirmed for your booking. This page does not name a lobby, gate or collection time. Ask LoveSaona for the agreed instructions and check any hotel access requirements before departure.
Can a wedding group book a private Saona boat?
Ask for a charter quote with the actual participant total and date. Vessel capacity, route and transfers need confirmation. A request for an exclusive boat does not automatically include a private road vehicle.
Does the excursion leave from Hard Rock's beach?
The shared LoveSaona tours board in Bayahíbe after the road transfer. Do not go to the hotel beach expecting a Saona boat unless you have a different service explicitly confirmed in writing.
