Find the residence behind the White Sands label

A White Sands booking needs its own property name and unit. ONA Residences describes a residential project within White Sands, while Salado’s website presents several named residential phases there. Those names help identify different projects; they do not establish that every advertised unit is finished, occupied or available for your dates.

Match the reservation to a reachable host and the real building. If a listing uses White Sands, Bávaro and a development name together, send all of them with a map pin. Keep the property name as written on the reservation rather than translating White Sands into a new accommodation name.

Use the host’s access instructions, not a general beach entrance

Ask the actual host or manager how an outside excursion vehicle can reach the residence and who must authorize it. Community access, a beach shuttle or a reception belonging to another rental does not establish your collection arrangement. Have the proposed location confirmed for your booking before setting out.

If friends stay in different White Sands buildings, list each property and its participants. A shared community name does not mean the vehicle can collect everyone at the same entrance. Give adults, children and children’s ages rather than the apartment’s sleeping capacity.

Choose the island experience after checking the road connection

For LoveSaona shared Classic and Premium tours, guests travel by the confirmed road connection to Bayahíbe and board there. Compare the named stops, boat format and meals together with the transport proposed for your residence. A private car to Bayahíbe does not make the boat exclusive.

If your group wants its own vessel, request a separate charter proposal covering boat, route, participants and transport. Marina Casa de Campo departure is a separate premium-priced option for private groups, subject to confirmation. Beach access at a residence does not reserve either departure arrangement.

Make the return work for a self-catering stay

Before the island day, arrange how to enter the residence on return and keep the host’s contact available. Tell LoveSaona if you will finish at a different property. Confirm keys, checkout and luggage storage separately; an excursion vehicle is not automatically a luggage-storage service.

Prepare what you need for a day away from the apartment, and ask about the expected return before fixing another activity. Facilities advertised by a residential project have their own terms. They are not proof of meals, transport or services included in the independent Saona excursion.
