YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE
Secrets Cap Cana → Bayahíbe → Saona → hotel return
Agree the hotel collection and return plan after the boat option and departure port are confirmed.
Plan my trip from Secrets Cap CanaIdentify Secrets Cap Cana rather than the Secrets brand
The official Hyatt page places Secrets Cap Cana at Juanillo Beach in the Cap Cana community. Send this exact property name when you enquire: advice for Secrets Royal Beach, Secrets Tides or another Secrets resort is not a collection plan for your stay. Ask LoveSaona what access instructions are needed for the agreed transfer. The hotel's location within Cap Cana does not establish a lobby, gate or pickup time for an outside excursion.
Pick the experience you want as a couple
Decide whether you want a social shared outing, a smaller group with several island stops or a boat exclusively for your party. Classic is the larger shared catamaran format; Premium is a smaller shared speedboat experience. Neither name promises a couples-only or adults-only group. For a proposal, honeymoon outing or other private occasion, explain your priorities and ask which arrangements can be included in a written charter quote.
- Exact Secrets Cap Cana property and preferred date
- Party size and the occasion or main priorities
- Shared group or exclusive boat request
- Confirmed port, road transport and full total
Keep Marina Cap Cana and Casa de Campo separate
A marina near your hotel is not automatically the starting point of a Saona excursion. Shared LoveSaona departures use Bayahíbe. Private groups can discuss a premium-priced departure from Marina Casa de Campo, near La Romana, with separate transport arrangements. Ask for the actual port in writing before arranging any driver. This distinction also matters on the return: a car must meet the confirmed disembarkation location, not a marina selected from a map.
Compare the complete occasion budget
Request one total that states the boat, hotel transport, meals and drinks, plus any extras you specifically want. Mention dietary requirements, photography plans or a special celebration before accepting the offer; none should be inferred from your hotel's amenities. Leave room in the evening schedule instead of relying on a generic driving estimate. This is LoveSaona's independent planning guide and does not imply that Secrets or Hyatt operates, endorses or includes the excursion.
Questions about this departure
Does the Saona boat leave from Marina Cap Cana?
Shared Classic and Premium tours board in Bayahíbe. Do not go to Marina Cap Cana for a LoveSaona departure unless a different specific service has been agreed in writing.
Is Saona Premium a private couples' tour?
Premium is shared, with a smaller speedboat group and more stops. For an exclusive boat for your couple or party, request a charter quote and confirm road transport separately.
Are Secrets Cap Cana hotel benefits valid for the excursion?
Hotel benefits and an independently booked LoveSaona trip are separate services. Check stay benefits with the hotel and the excursion's price, passenger format and inclusions directly with LoveSaona.
