YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE
Resort / villa → confirmed marina or Bayahíbe → Saona
Confirm gate access, collection point and embarkation; no universal resort departure time applies.
Plan my trip from Casa de CampoDecide where you will actually board
Our shared Classic and Premium tours board in Bayahíbe. Guests staying at Casa de Campo travel there by transfer. Send your resort or villa location so we can confirm the pickup point and schedule.
Private groups have another option: departure from Marina Casa de Campo at Premium prices, as confirmed by the LoveSaona team. Ask for the complete quote for your party, including the vessel, route, any group-size conditions and transport. Do not treat the published shared Premium fare as a confirmed private-charter total.
Villa pickup needs clear access instructions
Send your villa number or hotel collection point and discuss the driver’s access with your host or reception. Ask who coordinates entry and whether you meet at the villa, lobby, gate or marina. Do not assume an outside driver can locate your party from the resort name alone.
For a larger group staying in several villas, agree one meeting point or confirm each collection. Include the passenger count, children’s ages and any equipment or luggage that needs space. Ask whether transport is exclusive and whether the return reaches the same location.
- Villa number or agreed resort meeting point
- Driver entry and access coordination
- Named embarkation point and check-in time
- Vessel, capacity, shade and onboard facilities
- Road transport, island route and complete party total
Build a private brief around the whole day
Describe your priorities: a relaxed beach visit, particular island stops or a celebration with your group. Ask for time at stops, meals and drinks, fees and the cancellation terms in the same quote. A private boat does not by itself confirm unrestricted access or a route in every sea condition.
Check that the proposal names Saona rather than another offshore destination. Casa de Campo also publishes a Catalina excursion; those are different trips. Our private planner helps you collect your wishes into one WhatsApp message so the vessel and itinerary can be discussed together.
Questions about this departure
Can a Saona boat depart from Marina Casa de Campo?
Yes. LoveSaona private groups can also depart there at Premium prices, subject to confirmation of the date, group, vessel and final quote. Shared Classic and Premium tours board in Bayahíbe.
Does a private boat include pickup at my villa?
Only if the quote includes it. Confirm the villa, driver access, meeting point and return transport separately from exclusive boat use.
Is the resort’s Catalina beach day a Saona tour?
No. Check the island name and route before booking. Request Saona explicitly if that is the destination you want.
