Saona from Royalton Punta Cana

Identify the family resort within the Royalton names

Royalton and Marriott identify Royalton Punta Cana at Playa Arena Gorda as a family resort. The casino is an adult venue; it is not evidence that the entire hotel excludes children. Hideaway has a separate adults-only identity within the resort setting, Splash is another hotel, and Royalton Bavaro and CHIC are different properties. Copy each full reservation name. This is especially useful when an enquiry initially says only 'Royalton Punta Cana', a phrase friends may use loosely for several different bookings.

List guests across Punta Cana, Splash and Hideaway

Royalton Punta Cana guests have advertised access to neighboring Splash facilities. That hotel benefit does not establish an external excursion's shared meeting point. If relatives stay at Splash or Hideaway, list each actual hotel with its adults and children's ages. LoveSaona can assess the proposed connection for the full party rather than assuming access rights merge bookings. Report any hotel move before the outing. Use only confirmed excursion instructions; a waterpark entrance, beach route or another guest's collection description is not a substitute.

• Exact Royalton, Splash or Hideaway reservation for each party
• Date, final participant list and children's ages
• Road seats, boarding, shade and equipment questions
• Confirmed hotel connections, total and return contact

Compare the island day with resort family services

Children's and teens' clubs, Diamond Club butler service and hotel dining belong to the resort stay. Responsible adults still need to organize supervision throughout an independent island day. Give ages and discuss vehicle seats, lifejackets, boarding, shade and equipment. Classic is the larger shared catamaran format with a beach-focused outing. Premium offers a smaller shared speedboat group and more named stops, with more transitions to shore. Compare the complete pace and meals for your group instead of treating waterpark access as preparation for the boat.

Confirm the independent booking and return

Ask which hotel road journeys, boat, food, drinks and supplements the quote includes, and keep the responsible excursion contact. Diamond Club does not itself reserve an exclusive boat or vehicle. Request a charter separately if only your party should use the vessel, and specify private road transport independently. Fit breakfast around the confirmed schedule and leave room before dinner or a casino visit. Pack swimming items and sun protection. This LoveSaona guide is independent of Royalton and Marriott and does not claim that a hotel booking includes the excursion.
