Name the residence, not just the golf club

Punta Blanca’s official website separates Golf Residences, Ambar Life apartments and villas. Its Golf Residences page places that apartment development at the golf course. Identify which property appears on your stay confirmation, including the building or villa number and the person managing it.

A tee-time confirmation, a nearby hotel’s golf benefit or the name of a beach club is not an accommodation address. Guests staying at another hotel should give that hotel’s reservation rather than choosing Punta Blanca merely because they play golf there. This guide is for the actual residential starting point.

Agree a road plan for the people actually traveling

Ask the property manager whether an outside excursion vehicle needs authorization and where it can reach your residence. Do not infer collection at the clubhouse, beach club or a golf transfer stop. Confirm any proposed meeting location directly, including how your group will reach it.

For a party split between villas, apartments and hotels, list every actual address and traveler. Ask whether the transport proposal covers the whole party or needs separate arrangements. Property occupancy limits and golf-player numbers are not the excursion participant count.

Shared Classic and Premium guests board in Bayahíbe after the confirmed road journey. Compare the itinerary’s named stops, boat format, meals and transport terms. Neither residential beach access nor a private road vehicle makes the shared vessel exclusive.

For an exclusive boat day, ask for a charter proposal with the vessel, participants, route and road transport specified. Private groups may separately request Marina Casa de Campo departure at premium prices. A golf-club service or facility does not establish that arrangement.

Keep the island day and your next tee time compatible

Ask for the expected return before booking a golf round, coaching session or fixed dinner afterward. A tee time is a separate commitment from the excursion. Plan around the complete road-and-boat day rather than assuming a precise return because the residence is within a golf community.
