YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE

Plan my trip from Lopesan Costa BávaroUse the Costa Bávaro property name
Send Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino as shown on your reservation, rather than only the Lopesan brand. Its official website identifies the hotel on Playa Bávaro and describes different accommodation areas. Your room category can help clarify an enquiry, but it does not tell an outside driver which entrance or lobby to use. Agree the actual excursion meeting point with LoveSaona instead of choosing a hotel lounge yourself.
UNIQUE and Adults Only are hotel descriptions
The hotel's accommodation page describes UNIQUE and Adults Only areas within the resort. These labels should not be treated as promises about a separately arranged island day. A hotel room upgrade does not automatically reserve a private boat, provide an adults-only Saona group or include an excursion transfer. If any of those arrangements matter to you, ask for them explicitly and obtain written confirmation for the tour itself.
- Full Costa Bávaro property name
- Travel date and party size, including any children
- Actual tour inclusions rather than hotel package assumptions
- Agreed pickup, return arrangement and complete price
Compare the boat day and the hotel transfer
Classic is the larger shared catamaran experience; Premium uses a smaller shared speedboat group with more named island stops. Premium is still shared. Ask whether the road transfer collects other travelers or is quoted as a direct vehicle, and whether any supplement applies to your hotel. For an exclusive experience, specify both the boat and road portions you want private, rather than relying on a product label.
Plan around resort meals without fixing the return too tightly
Ask the hotel about breakfast or other arrangements that fit your confirmed collection time; do not assume an early service or takeaway meal is available. Separately check the excursion's meal and drink inclusions, dietary requests and expected return. Leave flexibility before a restaurant reservation. LoveSaona provides this independent planning guide; references to Lopesan do not imply the hotel operates or endorses the excursion.
Questions about this departure
Does UNIQUE by Lopesan include a private Saona tour?
Do not infer an island excursion from a hotel accommodation category. Ask the hotel about your stay benefits and LoveSaona about the separate tour, boat format, transfer and complete quote.
Will a Saona transfer collect us from the UNIQUE lobby?
No specific lobby is established here. The meeting point and any access requirements must be agreed for your excursion booking, regardless of room category.
Is the Saona boat group adults-only if we stay in an Adults Only area?
Your hotel accommodation choice does not set the passenger policy of a shared excursion. Confirm the actual tour conditions. If you want the vessel exclusively for your own party, request a private charter.
