Saona Island from La Estancia

Identify La Estancia and the actual booked property

The official La Estancia Golf & Country Club website describes a private residential and golf development and gives its address on the La Romana–Higüey road. This guide concerns a stay within that community. Send the villa or apartment name and number, the residential section if used by your host, and a map pin.

A listing that says La Romana is not enough to locate a particular La Estancia property. La Romana city, Casa de Campo and Bayahíbe have different accommodation and departure contexts. Likewise, a similarly named rental elsewhere should not be treated as part of this golf community without checking the address.

Coordinate access with the host instead of choosing a gate

Ask your host or property manager whether an outside excursion vehicle can reach your property and who must authorize it. Send the agreed instructions to LoveSaona; do not select a gate, clubhouse or reception from a general map as an assumed pickup point. A golf booking or access to community amenities does not itself establish excursion transport.

If travelers stay in several villas or apartments, identify each address and agree how the group will join the outward and return journeys. Quote the excursion for the actual participants, including children and their ages, rather than the property’s sleeping capacity.

• Property name or number, residential section and map pin
• Host or manager contact and confirmed vehicle-access instructions
• Excursion date, actual participants and children’s ages
• Agreed collection, Bayahíbe boarding, return access and full price

Choose shared boarding or a separately quoted private charter

Guests on both LoveSaona shared tours board in Bayahíbe after the confirmed road connection. Compare Classic and Premium by boat format, named stops, meals and the complete arrangement from La Estancia. Accommodation privacy, a golf package or a private vehicle does not make a shared boat exclusive.

For a private group, request the actual vessel, passenger capacity, itinerary and road transport in a separate charter proposal. A premium-priced Marina Casa de Campo departure can be requested separately. Do not substitute that marina for Bayahíbe when arranging a shared tour.

Fit the excursion into a golf or villa holiday

Plan a tee time, clubhouse reservation or villa meal separately from the Saona day. Ask for the expected return before committing to a fixed appointment. A golf cart or local service offered with the property is not evidence of a road transfer to the boat, and this guide does not promise a journey time from every villa.

Confirm the return property and how to enter if the host is away. If checkout or an accommodation change is involved, arrange keys and luggage storage independently and tell LoveSaona before accepting the quote. Nearby airport access does not guarantee that a full island excursion can connect with a flight.
