The civil aviation authority identifies La Caleta as a community around Las Américas airport. Use the full accommodation address rather than “Santo Domingo airport” alone. A hotel shuttle is a separate service

Ask the accommodation which shuttle services it actually provides. A transfer between a hotel and the airport does not establish transport to the Saona boat.
