Caleta’s municipal website identifies the coastal community at La Romana. Use that location together with the name and address on your reservation. A beach name or a broad La Romana label is not enough to distinguish an apartment, private home or hotel entrance.

La Caleta in the Santo Domingo/Las Américas airport area is a different place. Send a map pin so the transport enquiry starts from the correct coast. If the actual stay is by that airport rather than La Romana, use its precise accommodation and the relevant Santo Domingo or Boca Chica planning context.

Distinguish a named hotel from nearby coastal rentals

Hilton Garden Inn La Romana has its own hotel guide. Hilton gives its address in La Marina and lists Caleta Beach among nearby places. Guests there should send their full Garden Inn reservation. Guests in other coastal properties should give their own accommodation instead of adopting the hotel as a public collection point.

For a home or apartment, identify the host, building or house number and a reachable contact. Ask whether a vehicle can reach the property and whether any access permission is needed. If collection is proposed elsewhere, agree the exact location and how to reach it before accepting the booking.

An exclusive charter is a separate choice from a private car. Private groups may separately request Marina Casa de Campo departure at premium prices. Ask for the boat, participants, route and both road journeys to be specified, rather than substituting a nearby coastal facility for confirmed boarding instructions.

Confirm the return before combining coastal or travel plans

Agree the return property and access instructions, especially if the group is split between a hotel and private rentals.
