The room collection includes twin-bed Superior rooms, Royal Rooms described for up to four guests and a honeymoon suite. Discuss the excursion with the people sharing your room instead of treating its maximum occupancy as a group size. Include every participant and each child’s age, and explain any help needed when boarding or reaching the shore.
Check street access before sharing joining instructions
Historic streets make precise instructions useful. Ask the transport provider to confirm the usable access and meeting arrangement for the booked address, then share those instructions with everyone joining. The hotel lists a reception available around the clock, which can help with questions about the stay; it does not designate the excursion’s collection location. Clarify the return arrangement too, particularly if friends will finish at a different Colonial City hotel.
Coordinate the island meal with a city stay
