Saona from Excellence Punta Cana

Use the exact Excellence property on the stay confirmation

Excellence's official information identifies Excellence Punta Cana as an adults-only all-suite resort in Uvero Alto. The brand also lists the separate Excellence Carmen Punta Cana property. Do not use those hotel names interchangeably when arranging a vehicle. Copy the full name on your stay confirmation and list another property separately if friends join from there. If your holiday is split between Excellence hotels, specify where you will be staying on the actual excursion date and report a later move before travel arrangements are finalized.

Choose what you want from a day away from the resort

Consider whether you want a social catamaran journey, more different island stops or a boat just for your partner or friends. Classic offers the larger shared catamaran format with a beach-focused visit. Premium uses a smaller shared speedboat group with the Natural Pool, Toro Beach, Mano Juan and Canto de la Playa in its confirmed program. More stops mean a different pace, not unlimited time at every beach. Explain which experience matters most and discuss shade, time aboard, meals and boarding before choosing.

• Excellence Punta Cana as the exact hotel on the excursion date
• Date, travelers and any fixed celebration commitments
• Preferred island pace, boarding needs and road arrangement
• Confirmed complete price, contact and hotel return

Compare the complete journey rather than a club category

Excellence Club enhances the resort stay, and a private pool or swim-up suite remains accommodation. Neither establishes an exclusive Saona vessel or road service. Ask whether the offered Uvero Alto connection is direct, collects other hotels or includes a vehicle change, and whether it is included in the complete price. A private vehicle can still lead to a shared boat. For an exclusive vessel, request a charter and specify separately whether the road vehicle should also be reserved for your party.

Fit the island day around your important hotel plans

Tell LoveSaona about a wedding event, essential evening arrangement or other fixed commitment before accepting the full schedule. Do not attach a non-flexible spa or dinner booking to an unconfirmed return, and keep an essential flight for another day. Once arrangements are agreed, fit breakfast around collection, prepare sun protection and swimming items and save the excursion contact. This independent guide does not imply an Excellence partnership or that hotel concierge, Club or celebration benefits include LoveSaona services.
