Saona from Boutique Hotel Palacio

Identify Palacio in the Colonial City

The hotel lists Calle Duarte 106 in the historic center and offers several room layouts, including options for families. Use the full name Boutique Hotel Palacio to distinguish your accommodation from similarly named properties. If relatives stay at another Colonial City hotel, include that address rather than assuming the group can all be collected at Palacio.

Plan the road and boat needs of children together

Give child ages when requesting prices and mention child seats, boarding assistance or limited swimming confidence. Ask what lunch and drinks are included and how dietary requests can be handled. Compare the number of stops with your family's preferred pace. Neither the hotel room category nor a shared tour name establishes that every family need is included.

Keep your city return straightforward

Check the agreed return address if you change hotels or check out on the excursion day. Arrange luggage storage separately and avoid linking the trip to a same-day flight. Start with Classic, Premium or a private request in the form, then confirm transport, total cost and collection instructions through LoveSaona before treating the plan as booked.

Start with group size and route

The useful distinction is the format of the day. Classic concentrates on a beach-focused outing with a larger group. Premium adds a smaller group and a multi-stop route. Decide which matters most to you before comparing the total cost.

The reference Premium itinerary names Natural Pool, Toro Beach, Mano Juan, and Canto de la Playa. Confirm those places in your own booking rather than assuming every tour with ‘Premium’ in its name follows the same route.
