Saona from Bahia Principe Ambar

Keep Ambar clear when the naming on documents differs

The current official Hyatt Inclusive Collection page and Bahia booking page use Escape Ambar; official body text also uses Luxury Ambar. Give LoveSaona the Ambar name on your confirmation and clarify any uncertainty with the hotel. This guide does not assign a rebranding date. Do not shorten the enquiry to 'Bahia Principe Punta Cana', which can leave the actual property unclear. If friends have different Bahia hotel names on their reservations, list each separately with its participant count before requesting a combined journey.

Separate the hotel beach experience from the island program

The beachfront adults-only resort and its swim-up rooms, sports or spa describe the stay you have booked. They do not establish which beaches an independent Saona outing visits. Compare Classic's larger shared catamaran format with Premium's smaller shared speedboat group and wider confirmed island program. Ask for any essential village or beach stop by name. Discuss shade, boarding and food requirements rather than assuming a hotel room upgrade transfers the same facilities or benefits to a boat.

• Ambar name on the reservation, with Escape or Luxury wording if relevant
• Date, travelers and any other actual Bahia hotels
• Road preference, selected boat and boarding requirements
• Responsible excursion contact, complete price and return

Choose exclusivity on the road and water independently

A private vehicle can take your party to a shared departure, while a private charter is a separate request for a vessel only for your guests. State both preferences if road and boat exclusivity matter. Ask whether the road plan collects other hotels or includes a vehicle connection, and request one total covering the agreed transport, boat, food, drinks and return. The smaller Premium group remains shared; the resort's adults-only policy does not automatically make an independent group adults-only.

Confirm which provider is responsible for the booking

Official hotel links to transfer or excursion partners describe those providers' arrangements. They do not indicate a LoveSaona partnership or prove that a hotel benefit includes our service. Keep the responsible booking contact and written instructions for the offer you actually accept. Once the schedule is agreed, fit breakfast around collection and leave flexibility before evening plans. Prepare swimming items, sun protection and a dry bag. If accommodation changes within the Bahia complex, report the new exact hotel so the connection and total can be checked again.
