Palladium identifies TRS Turquesa Hotel as an adults-only property on Playa Bávaro. Use that name rather than the general Grand Palladium Punta Cana complex. The official FAQ describes access to named Grand Palladium hotels, but each reservation retains its identity. If a stay is split across properties, identify the one occupied on the excursion date and report a later change. Generic child fields in a booking form are not evidence that this adults-only hotel has become a family property.

Coordinate Grand Palladium friends without merging reservations

For friends or relatives at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro, Punta Cana or Palace, send each exact hotel and the travelers joining from it. Include children's ages where families participate.
