Use the Michès Secrets property rather than another destination

Hyatt identifies Secrets Playa Esmeralda on the Michès coast and describes its adults-only setting. Secrets Tides in Uvero Alto and Secrets Cap Cana are different hotels. Use Playa Esmeralda in the enquiry, with the date and final number of travelers. A general Secrets transfer description cannot establish the service from Michès. If an older itinerary or a split holiday names another resort, specify the hotel occupied on the excursion day and report a later change before the road plan is finalized.

Start with the complete journey and actual group

Ask whether the entire hotel-to-boat outing and return can be offered for your date and party. Clarify the proposed vehicle, whether other hotels are collected or a connection is involved, and what the full total includes. Boat group size alone does not determine the Michès road journey. Avoid reserving a separate driver or a boat-only service on the assumption that their schedules will connect. For independent arrival, agree the Bayahíbe destination and check-in instructions first, then arrange the road return with the responsible provider.

Choose a couples' day without assuming the shared boat is adults-only

Classic is the larger shared catamaran format with a beach-focused outing. Premium is a smaller shared speedboat group with more named stops, not an exclusive vessel or automatically an adults-only departure. Explain whether you want a social day, quiet beach time or a boat just for your partner and friends. For a charter, confirm the actual departure port, route, shade, meals and complete price. A private vessel does not automatically include a private road vehicle or make the Michès connection unnecessary.

Keep Dreams access and Preferred Club benefits separate

The official hotel information gives Secrets guests access to additional dining and entertainment at adjacent Dreams Playa Esmeralda. That hotel benefit does not instruct an external driver where to collect either party. List Dreams guests separately with their travelers and children's ages if they join. Preferred Club pools, lounge privileges or a swim-out room also do not provide independent excursion services.
