Saona from Renaissance Jaragua

Begin with the waterfront city hotel you have booked

Marriott identifies Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino on George Washington Avenue and describes its urban waterfront setting. Use the full Jaragua name when asking about an excursion. A general Santo Domingo reference, a Colonial Zone meeting place or an airport address does not identify this hotel's collection arrangements. If colleagues or friends join from another city hotel, list each actual accommodation with its participant count. The hotel address identifies the property; it is not itself an instruction to meet a tour vehicle.

Check the whole outing before arranging separate pieces

An island outing from the capital needs the whole road-and-boat day checked, including the city return. Ask LoveSaona whether it can be offered for your date, where the boat boards, what road arrangement is proposed and which provider handles each part. Do not reserve a separate taxi on the assumption that an unconfirmed island departure will connect. For independent arrival in Bayahíbe, agree the destination and check-in instructions first, then arrange transport and the return with the responsible provider.

• Full Jaragua hotel name and any other actual city accommodations
• Preferred date, final participants and children's ages
• Confirmed feasibility, vehicle format and boarding instructions
• One complete quote and the agreed Santo Domingo return

Make the road and boat arrangements explicit for the group

Give the final adult count, children's ages and any seating or boarding requirements. Ask whether the proposed road journey is direct, combines hotel collections or involves a connection. Classic is the larger shared catamaran format; Premium is a smaller shared speedboat experience with more stops. Premium does not shorten or privatize the city road journey. A charter is a separate request for an exclusive boat, and private road transport must be stated independently. Compare complete totals rather than a boat-only price against an offer with city transport.

Coordinate a city break or business stay without rushed commitments

A hotel conference, casino visit, Club Lounge benefit or Navigator recommendation describes a different part of the stay. It does not include the LoveSaona island day or establish its schedule. Tell the excursion provider about a business event or other fixed commitment before agreeing the plan. Avoid an essential flight or non-flexible city appointment on the excursion date. Once the arrangement is confirmed, prepare breakfast, sun protection and swimming items and save the return contact. This independent resource does not imply a Marriott partnership.
