Use Blue & Sand rather than Ocean alone

The official hotel page places Ocean Blue & Sand at Playa Bávaro and describes family entertainment, Daisy Club and Teenclub. Ocean El Faro is another hotel, so avoid a message saying only Ocean Punta Cana. Give the complete reservation and identify every other participating hotel. The excursion provider must confirm external meeting instructions rather than relying on a resort map.

Check the destination of any transfer offer

A free-transfer label on the hotel page refers to a conditional airport–hotel offer. Read its destination and conditions instead of assuming it covers Bayahíbe. Ask LoveSaona whether road transport is included in your excursion quote, whether it is shared and where the return ends. If you already have an airport vehicle booked, it does not automatically supply the separate island-day journey.

Choose around your family’s interests

A family choosing between the resort’s bowling, club activities and an island trip should compare the actual day. Classic offers a larger shared catamaran format with beach emphasis; Premium uses a smaller shared speedboat group and more named stops.
