Saona Island from Naco, Santo Domingo

Start with the Naco reservation

Hilton identifies Embassy Suites Santo Domingo in Naco. That hotel has its own guide; this area page also helps guests staying at other actual addresses. For an apartment, provide the building and unit as well as the host. A shopping destination, office tower or nearby hotel is not your booked accommodation.

Count travelers across rooms and buildings

A suite’s sleeping capacity is not the excursion headcount. List the adults, children and children’s ages who will actually join. If relatives or colleagues stay in another building, give that address too. Confirm whether the proposed transport can serve the whole group, and ask each host about vehicle access.

• Hotel or building, unit and map pin
• Actual participants and each starting address
• Host access instructions and agreed return property

Choose the boat independently of the city transfer

The confirmed road journey takes shared Classic and Premium guests to Bayahíbe. Compare stops, boat format and the full group price; an exclusive car still leaves you on a shared boat. For a private vessel, request a separate charter quote. Marina Casa de Campo departure is a premium-priced private option requiring confirmation.

Protect the day away from city commitments

A business stay can have meetings and different plans for each guest. Ask about the complete excursion day before scheduling another commitment, and make sure every participant can remain for the agreed return. Arrange keys, reception access and any checkout separately; tell LoveSaona before booking if the group will return to different properties.
