YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE
Meliá Caribe Beach → Bayahíbe → Saona → hotel return
Confirm the Caribe Beach meeting instructions, road arrangement and expected hotel return for your booking.
Plan my trip from Meliá Caribe BeachMatch the reservation to the right Meliá property
The Dominican tourism authority lists Meliá Caribe Beach as a distinct property and describes the wider Meliá hotel presence in Punta Cana. Use the full name on your confirmation, not simply 'Meliá'. If relatives have booked Meliá Punta Cana Beach or Paradisus Palma Real, give those names separately. Even when a hotel brand or vacation planner groups the stays together, your excursion contact still needs the actual collection property for every traveler.
Build one family request with the useful details
For a family or reunion, send adults, children's ages and the preferred outing date in one message. Say whether everyone stays at Caribe Beach and whether any guest needs assistance with road travel or boat boarding. Ask about child seats and suitable lifejackets as separate arrangements. Your hotel's room occupancy or child rate does not determine the excursion fare, and a room upgrade does not automatically include a Saona transfer.
- Meliá Caribe Beach on the reservation
- Adults, children and actual ages
- Any family members staying at another property
- Transfer terms, boat format and total family price
Compare the stops as well as the boat size
Classic suits travelers looking at the larger shared catamaran format and a beach-focused visit. Premium is a smaller shared speedboat itinerary covering the Natural Pool, Toro Beach, Mano Juan and Canto de la Playa in the confirmed program. Talk through the boarding involved, meal requirements and your family's preferred pace. If you want a vessel for your family alone, request a private charter instead of treating Premium as exclusive.
Keep a simple hotel-to-hotel plan
Ask for the agreed collection point and return arrangement together, including whether the vehicle collects additional travelers. Once the schedule is confirmed, check with the hotel how breakfast can fit around it and prepare swimwear, sun protection and a dry bag the evening before. Leave flexibility before evening reservations. LoveSaona is independent of the hotel; check excursion inclusions with us and hotel stay benefits with Meliá rather than combining the two packages in your expectations.
Questions about this departure
Is Meliá Caribe Beach the same pickup as Meliá Punta Cana Beach?
Do not assume the same instructions. They are different property names. Use the exact name from your reservation and obtain the meeting point agreed for that hotel and booking.
Can relatives at a different Meliá hotel join our Saona day?
Send every full property name, the participant total at each hotel and the preferred date together. LoveSaona can check the transfer request and quote the actual arrangement; common branding does not guarantee one vehicle or meeting point.
Do our hotel room benefits include the LoveSaona transfer?
An independently booked excursion has its own inclusions. Ask for a complete LoveSaona quote and confirm any accommodation benefits separately with the hotel. Do not infer transport or a private boat from a room category.
