Saona from Iberostar Selection Bávaro Suites

Identify Suites within the Iberostar resort area

Iberostar identifies Selection Bávaro Suites as a family resort at Playa Bávaro and lists other Iberostar properties separately. Copy Suites from your reservation rather than sending only 'Iberostar Bávaro'. JOIA is a different hotel identity, while access to Waves Dominicana or Punta Cana facilities describes a resort benefit. If friends stay at another property, list their actual hotel and participant count. LoveSaona can then check a combined transport request without assuming that access between hotel areas creates one external pickup location.

Allow for getting around the village-style grounds

The official hotel information describes village-style grounds and internal electric transport. After LoveSaona confirms where to meet for the excursion, ask the hotel how to get there from your accommodation and whether assistance is needed. The internal service and the road journey to Bayahíbe are different arrangements. Do not turn a resort map, beach entrance or electric-vehicle stop into excursion instructions. Keep the confirmed contact available and report a change of hotel before the outing.

• Full Suites hotel name and any other participating properties
• Date, adults and each child's actual age
• Internal-resort journey, boarding and equipment questions
• Confirmed collection, inclusions and complete return price

Match the island program to the children traveling

Star Camp and splash facilities describe the hotel holiday; the island day requires its own family planning. Give each child's age and discuss road seating, lifejackets, shade and boat boarding. Classic is the larger shared catamaran format. Premium uses a smaller shared speedboat group with more named stops, so compare the transitions between boat and shore rather than group size alone. Responsible adults need to organize supervision throughout the independent outing. Ask what infant or mobility equipment the offered vehicle and boat can accommodate.

Keep the full excursion offer separate from hotel activities

Compare the actual quote for hotel transport, boat, food, drinks and return, including any supplements. Onsite environmental activities and the resort's coral nursery do not establish a Saona snorkelling stop or included equipment. Confirm the island route you want, pack swimming items and sun protection, and leave flexibility before evening plans. An exclusive boat requires a separate charter quote; private road transport is another choice to state explicitly. This independent LoveSaona guide does not indicate an Iberostar partnership.
