YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE
Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana → Bayahíbe → Saona → agreed hotel return
Confirm the Zilara collection instructions and return arrangement for the selected excursion date.
Plan my trip from Hyatt Zilara Cap CanaKeep Zilara and Ziva clear in the booking
Hyatt places Zilara at Juanillo Beach in Cap Cana and presents it separately from Hyatt Ziva. Use Zilara's full name from your reservation. If friends or relatives stay at Ziva, include their property and participant count in the same enquiry. LoveSaona can then check both collection requests and whether the party can travel together. A shared Hyatt name does not supply the meeting instructions for either hotel.
Match the boat atmosphere to your holiday
An adults-only resort stay can mean a couples' holiday, a friends' trip or time away from a busy family schedule. Explain what you want from Saona: a social catamaran journey, several island stops or an exclusive boat. Classic is the larger shared catamaran format; Premium uses a smaller shared speedboat group. Ask about the actual passenger format and music rather than assuming that either shared tour follows Zilara's hotel age policy.
- Zilara as the exact hotel, plus any other accommodation
- Date, adult count and one organizer's contact
- Preferred boat atmosphere and essential island stops
- Confirmed road arrangement and full return price
Choose privacy for the parts that matter
A private vehicle can keep your party together on the road while the boat remains shared. A charter reserves the vessel for your group under the agreed terms. For a honeymoon, proposal or celebration, ask what can be arranged aboard and which extras need a separate quote. Shared tours depart from Bayahíbe. A premium-priced private departure from Marina Casa de Campo is a separate option, with its own transport plan, rather than a departure from Marina Cap Cana.
Give the island day room in your schedule
Once the complete schedule is agreed, fit hotel breakfast and dinner plans around it. Bring swimwear, sun protection and a dry bag, and tell the excursion contact about dietary requests before booking. Choose a different day for an essential flight connection. Zilara's all-inclusive benefits describe your resort stay; the independent LoveSaona quote sets the excursion's meals, drinks, transport and other inclusions.
Questions about this departure
Does a Hyatt Zilara booking make the Saona tour adults-only?
No. The hotel's age policy applies to the resort. Ask LoveSaona about the passenger policy of the actual excursion, or request a private vessel for your own party.
Can Zilara guests join friends staying at Hyatt Ziva?
Send both exact hotels, the same preferred date and each property's participant count. LoveSaona will check transfer coverage and the proposed collection arrangement before confirming a combined booking.
Do shared boats leave from Marina Cap Cana?
LoveSaona Classic and Premium shared tours board in Bayahíbe. Private groups can separately discuss a premium-priced Marina Casa de Campo departure. Confirm the actual port before arranging transport.
