Use the booked hotel name, even when the address looks familiar

The official Impressive Resorts contact page places its Punta Cana properties in El Cortecito, Bávaro, and distinguishes Impressive Punta Cana from Impressive Premium Punta Cana. Use the complete hotel name from your reservation. A shared address or related brand does not make reception areas, booking benefits or instructions interchangeable.

For an apartment or small guesthouse, add the building and a map pin. Labels such as Bávaro, El Cortecito and nearby Los Corales may appear in the same search or rental description. Ask your host to identify the actual street entrance rather than choosing a pickup location from the broad area name.

Walking along the beach is not the vehicle plan

Being able to walk between beaches does not establish permission to enter another hotel or meet a driver inside it. Confirm the collection instructions for your own booking. If friends stay at different properties, ask whether separate collection or an agreed common location works and who needs to authorize access. A hotel’s external excursion desk may sell another service; follow the confirmation from the provider you actually book.

Choose the island experience independently of hotel benefits

A Premium hotel reservation is not a booking for Saona Premium. Classic and Premium are shared excursions with different group formats and routes; compare their named stops, meals and total price from your property. An exclusive road vehicle does not make the boat private. If your party wants the vessel to itself, request a separate private charter and clarify the transport.

Allow for the whole outing before planning the evening

Ask for collection, check-in, expected disembarkation and hotel return as separate stages. A map’s driving estimate omits other collections and boarding. Keep a fixed restaurant reservation, flight or hotel move away from the excursion day. Ask how changes are communicated and what the cancellation terms cover, and share the agreed return instructions with everyone in a multi-hotel group.
