Saona from Eden Roc Cap Cana

Identify where your party is actually staying

Use the full Eden Roc Cap Cana reservation and explain whether the party is in suites or another booked accommodation. List other hotels or addresses separately. A private beach-club entitlement does not establish where an independent provider meets you. Ask for the actual access and road instructions rather than choosing a location from another guest’s review.

Plan for the real family and support needs

The member-hotel listing includes family facilities and a kids’ club. For an outside excursion, give the actual adults, children’s ages and any seating, equipment or mobility needs. Responsible adults arrange supervision throughout. Discuss vehicle access, boarding steps and beach landings for the offered vessel; hotel comfort does not establish the physical accessibility of the island route.

• Exact Eden Roc accommodation and date
• Actual adults, child ages and supervision
• Boarding, equipment, shade and catering priorities
• Confirmed port, whole quote and accommodation return

Build a charter request around your priorities

If privacy and a flexible request matter, ask for an exclusive vessel and specify desired stops, shade, meals and time ashore. Those details must be confirmed for the actual boat. Shared alternatives remain available to discuss: Classic’s larger catamaran format and Premium’s smaller speedboat group with more named stops. Private road transport is a separate choice.

Confirm port, total and return together

Shared guests board in Bayahíbe. Private groups may request a premium-priced Marina Casa de Campo departure, separately confirmed and distinct from Cap Cana’s marina. Compare quotes with the same road journey, vessel and inclusions. Agree the return before fixing dinner or wellness appointments. This independent guide does not imply a hotel, beach-club or Relais & Châteaux partnership.
