Saona Island from Cocotal

Match Cocotal, Palma Real Villas and the rental name

A reservation may identify the wider Cocotal community, Palma Real Villas or a particular apartment development. La Joya’s own property website, for example, places its apartments within Palma Real Villas alongside Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Give the actual booked property and unit, not just the golf-course name. If the host uses a different building name from the listing, match both before requesting transport.

The Cocotal name also appears in Grand Sirenis Cocotal Beach Resort, part of Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort in Uvero Alto. That hotel is a different starting context. Check the full reservation and location so the shared word does not send your enquiry to the wrong accommodation area.

Arrange access with the actual host or manager

Ask who can authorize an outside excursion vehicle and how it should reach the property. Confirm instructions directly rather than picking a clubhouse or entrance on a general map. A golf booking or access to a community facility does not establish a Saona collection point.

For friends staying in separate villas or apartment buildings, identify each address and its participants. Ask whether the transport proposal gathers everyone together or requires separate arrangements. The property’s number of beds is not the passenger count; give the real group, including children and their ages.

• Property and unit or house number, plus map pin
• Host or manager contact and confirmed vehicle-access instructions
• Date, actual participants and children’s ages
• Agreed outward journey, return property and complete group price

Compare the boat after confirming the road journey

Guests on shared Classic and Premium tours board in Bayahíbe after the confirmed road connection. Compare the named island stops, boat format and included meals alongside the transport offered for your Cocotal address. A private vehicle can connect to a shared boat; it does not reserve the vessel exclusively.

For an exclusive day, request a separate charter proposal specifying the boat, participants, route and transport. A premium-priced departure from Marina Casa de Campo may be requested separately. Your residential stay and the golf community do not establish that private departure arrangement.

Protect the rest of your villa or golf holiday

Ask for the expected return before committing to a tee time, villa meal or other fixed appointment. Golf and the island day have separate schedules. Arrange the return address and property access with the host, especially if different members of the group return to different accommodations.

If checkout falls on the excursion day, arrange keys and luggage storage separately. Tell LoveSaona about any change of accommodation before accepting the quote. A full road-and-boat trip should not be treated as a guaranteed connection to a departing flight.
