YOUR JOURNEY AT A GLANCE
Finest Punta Cana, Uvero Alto → Bayahíbe → Saona → confirmed hotel return
Confirm the Finest collection instructions and full return schedule before fitting the outing around other plans.
Plan my trip from Finest Punta CanaExcellence Club at Finest is still a Finest stay
Finest presents its Punta Cana resort as an all-ages property in Uvero Alto, with Finest Club and an adults-only Excellence Club section. A booking in that section is not automatically a stay at another hotel carrying the Excellence name. Use Finest Punta Cana from the reservation heading when requesting transport. If another guest actually stays at a separate Excellence property, provide that exact hotel as an additional collection request.
Build one practical plan for the different ages
A family celebration can bring children from Finest Club and adults from Excellence Club onto the same island day. Give LoveSaona the actual participants and every child's age. Explain road-seating, lifejacket, food or boarding requirements before choosing a tour. Resort club benefits do not establish those excursion arrangements. One lead contact helps keep date, party changes and the total consistent when the rooms have been booked separately.
- Finest Punta Cana as the actual property
- Date, one organizer and the final participant list
- Children's ages and road or boarding requirements
- Confirmed vehicle plan, boat format and full total
Keep airport benefits and Saona transport distinct
If your hotel booking includes an airport transfer offer, read which journeys it covers. Airport-to-resort transport is different from the return road journey to Bayahíbe for Saona. Ask whether the excursion quote includes your actual hotel connection, whether the vehicle is shared or private, and whether any supplement applies. Compare complete totals rather than deducting a hotel transport benefit from a service it may not cover.
Choose the boat for the group, not the club label
Classic is the larger shared catamaran option; Premium is the smaller shared speedboat itinerary with additional named stops. Talk through the time aboard, shade and boarding involved for your party. If an exclusive vessel is important, request a private charter and confirm road exclusivity separately. Shared tours board in Bayahíbe. This independent LoveSaona guide does not imply that Finest operates the tour or that a club upgrade includes it.
Questions about this departure
Should Excellence Club guests send Finest or Excellence as the hotel?
Use the actual hotel on the reservation. Excellence Club is a section within Finest Punta Cana; it does not by itself mean a stay at a separate Excellence resort.
Does an included airport transfer also cover Saona?
Only the actual terms can establish that. Ask LoveSaona for a quote stating the hotel-to-Bayahíbe connection and return, and check hotel transport benefits separately.
Can adults and children from different Finest sections join one outing?
Send the full party and actual children's ages in one request. LoveSaona must confirm suitable transport, boat arrangements, capacity and the complete price for those travelers.
